I have a personal experience with this company. They have a large amount of collection for Stainless Steel Shafting Rods

BUYERS BEWARE!! My Architect Kamat & Rozario suggested that I buy Corten Steel from Metal Yard, Mumbai, since couple of other architects from Bangalore had purchased Corten Steel from him. The interaction with Mayur Seth was problematic from day 1. I had to credit the amount and due to HDFC Bank issue ended up crediting 50K more. This payment was made on 30 May 2020. We ended up ordering for a couple of Corten Steel Sheets & Channels. I had to really push him for refund, since this wasn't easy to come by - I enquired with him if the ARC Welding rods were available. He said YES, & I ended up buying 15Kilos of welding rods (which in the end happened to be TIG welding rods and I lost money there). So, we were ready with our final order in a weeks time (6th June 2020) and he said it will be sent the next day to our address. As regards refund, after getting the architect and his friends in Mumbai involved, he finally yielded and made the refund on 12 June 2020 at 23:34 and called me up at midnight (YES MIDNIGHT!!) to confirm the same. On 17th June, Mayur messaged me asking for GST details for generating the E-Way bill. The goods that he said was sent on 6th June, was actually sent on 17th and we received the goods on 20th June at some godown in Peenya, Bangalore. So, we had to go all the way to Peenya to collect the goods and wow!! - We received only Corten Steel Sheets, no channels, no welding rods!! So we had to push Mayur harder to get the remaining material and he kept saying that one box was missed out and sent to Hubli and then to Hyderabad and then routed to Bangalore. He put me on a conference with some guy on 12th July (who he claimed is the Bangalore godown incharge) and said material was in Bangalore already but wasn't sent to my address. Bangalore went into lockdown from 14th to 22nd July and he told me on 17th July that he had recalled his second shipment and would do the refund for Corten steel channels. He refused (YES, REFUSED!!) to refund for Welding rods, since he said he had cut them already. Now, the fun part. He sent me the Welding rods (UNCUT!!, in a spool) in a different consignment on 18th July 2020 (Anyone wanting more details I can provide all the pictures). How did the material that was moving round and round in different places instead of delivery ended up at his place the very next day after he recalled (he said he recalled the material on 17th July)?? These welding rods, as before was a godown pickup with no transport fees paid!! So, I ended up going to the godown 20 odd kms from my place, pay the fees and collect the Welding rod spool, which I COULDN'T EVEN USE!! My steel fabricator had asked for ARC Welding rods, which Mayur had confirmed and I got the useless Welding rod spool (which I suppose is used for GOD knows what!!) As regards Channel & the transport fees, I'm still waiting for my refund. He has already blocked one of my phone number and doesn't pick up calls on the other one. He keeps doing this - periodically blocking the number and unblocks, when pressurised from my architect and his friends in Mumbai. Overall, a disgusting fellow to deal with. So full of lies!! And, COVID'19 is an added bonus for these kinds of people. My sincere advise - spare yourself and find another honest, trustworthy dealer to deal with. At a hospital project going in ahemdabad where we required corten steel on urgent basis, Our procurement team came across Mr sheth from Metal Yard in mumbai city. His team came at our site for taking measurements, quoted us their rates & with committed delivery (even in the lockdown scenario) we got the material assembled in time. The handling & delivery standards of Metal Yard are commendable. Definitely a must visit for anyone surging for Corten Steel.
