★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Methode Electronic is good place to work for Electronic engineer and learn if you are work alcoholic and learning freak. But it has as very less employee strength so you will be overloaded most of the time and micro management can be seen in each department. Office have two small building with total employee strength 150-200 .No cab facility. But still they will get some relaxation time to celebrate some of the cultural activity. Best thing about office situated heart of city and all around you will find lot of restaurant and shopping option but still they pay you less so you have to manage.
Need to improve in terms of perks , leave , cab facility and specifically in micro management .
