The chemist's staff informed me that it would be delivered to my house by 12:30 p.m. the next day. However, no response was received, and when I contacted, they told it was not available and that they would confirm by evening. But I didn't get a call this time. When I called them again, they said it was my fault and that I should have followed up. They were haughty during the call.
