★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Writing this detailed review so that people who read this, can take the right decision of not going to this hospital during a critical emergency. My brother met with an accident and he required a surgery in his spine, which happened at Indian Spinal Injuries Centre later on, we had to move him there and the people at Metro Hospital delayed the process of discharging him by 8 hours, and that's not all, the doctors and staff is rude, impolite and unprofessional. The doctor tried stopping us from shifting him to the other hospital saying that "you are taking him over there unnecessarily, he doesn't need surgery at all, whereas my brother had multiple fractures in his spine and HAD TO be operated no matter what. The machines and equipments that they use are very noisy and they said all machines are like this which is also not true. While my brother was there, he needed some help to just move a little bit in his bed, he called out for the staff so many times and nobody went to help him, only after a patient on the adjacent bed walked out and yelled at the staff to help him, they did. Basically, we did not feel cared for. Just thinking about the experience makes me angry. The facilities are also not great. I'm sure they must be doing something right, they have a quite a lot of good reviews, but our experience was so bad that I had to write this review.
UPDATE : I'm getting to know from my brother that they did unnecessary tests on him instead of doing an MRI which was actually required at the time to know his problem. My brother kept asking them what those tests were for, but he got no satisfactory answers. He was not given any food during his 24 hours of stay at Metro Hospital. The doctors were not willing to talk, the orthopedic doctor was away for a 4 hour lunch break, he did not meet my parents even once, they kept asking to speak to the doctors. We were HEAVILY OVERCHARGED for everything. At the time, we were too stressed to even care about any of this. But this is the reality. Hoping someone looks into this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came from Jodhpur on 20th September and suddenly my better half started feeling feverish, and shivering. We immediately took her to Metro Hospital. The emergency room was the first place we encountered at around 9.30 pm and my wife's problem was looked into very efficiently, I was at ease seeing my wife in safe hands. After preliminary investigations she was admitted to ICU, which was state of art. The next day she was shifted to Private Room. It was spic and span, and Dr Rishu's magical hands controlled my wife's health. When she was admitted her BP was 165/85 and her temperature was 104.5° . I was very scared but the hospital did wonders. The nursing staff and sanitary staff and the cafe and food for patients and attendants was good and reasonably priced. Overall it was a good experience. I pray that no one should be admitted to hospital, but if at all someone has to then this Metro Hospital in Gurgaon is the best place.

Here floor staff Sandeep Priyanka Mohit Rohit are very coprative and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Again, staff at Metro by Park hospital has proved that the patient is in safe hands. The care and attention given by Ms. Mehra of hospitality team is commendable. This is the second time we visited the hospital for my father Sh. Ashok Kumar's surgery. Thank you so much once again Ms. Mehra for standing with us at the odd hours as well. Every organisation needs people like you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband Mr. Sunil Anand had heart attack 25 days back when we came to Park Metro hospital and met Dr Madhur Jain. He treated my husband so nicely that again when we had to have his 2nd planned angioplasty, we came for it to Dr Madhur Jain despite the fact that our insurance policy was not working in this hospital but we didn't want to change our doctor. We wanted our treatment by Dr Madhur Jain only and 2nd time also he treated so nicely that we recommend all our friends and family members to get their treatment by him.

Overall experience is really very good. The journey of transformation from Typical Metro to Park metro hospital is awesome.
BILLING SYSTEM IS TOO SLOW. THEY TOOK APPROX 7 HOURS TO SEND THE FILE TILL THE TPA COUNTER.
