★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is one of the worst internet services we have ever experienced. we have never enjoyed the speed that we pay for. the individual in charge goes by the name of deepak. he is extremely unhelpful and makes flimsy excuses for the lack of service. would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad ISP. They don't own their own infrastructure and have a line from Airtel that they distribute but they don't seem to maintain it well at all. When the connection works, the speeds are good (upload speeds are as good/better than download speeds many times) but the problem is that it just doesn't work far too many times for it to be called reliable. There are frequent disconnections and long periods sometimes when the internet does not work. Varun, the guy who manages stuff in our area, is polite and all, but at times seems to be evading questions and making excuses. There are times when it feels like he deliberately doesn't pick calls also. Overall, my satisfaction level is very low. Thinking of switching to some other ISP, despite the hassle that would involve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud people please don't buy their connection. Internet doesn't work whenever there is a power cut and also when it rains.
You will never get the desire speed as i had took a 50mb plan but never received a speed more than 30 MB(download). Services are very very poor i would suggest you all not buy their connection.
