★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service! They took my order for home delivery and kept me waiting for 3 days and told me that the medicines are not available! Worst experience from a medicine shop. It's like they don't understand the importance of medicines. And the staff always talk rudely. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just Ok experience, except the crowd. Also, any kind of card transactions comes under GST. The shop has option but still does not prefer to take UPI payments. Staffs behaviour is decent. Normal discount rate is 20%, if you have their privilege card, you can get 25% on most of the items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the best place to buy medicines in North Kolkata at least. They give huge discounts (up to 18%) on almost all medicines. One can get almost all medicines they require and they have a huge stock. The behaviour of the cooperative staffs working there should serve as a model for other pharmacies. They even offer free home delivery of medicines, but as per their terms & conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reality is that they give 20% discount only on certain medicines most medicines have less than 5% discount. They add up gst after the discounted price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best pharmacy in town. All sorts of medicines for people of all ages are available. And you get discount with every purchase if you have a membership card. The queue is probably very long and one can't instantly get their desired medicine.
