The prices of products are perfectly competitive with other ....
Staff is nice and humble...
Though sometimes parking is a huge problem.......
Still if varieties could be Increased ,then it will be great as well...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor service. I bought Skechers slippers. They were faulty and we experienced the fault under warranty. After raising the concerns, we were asked to wait for 4 months. Later when we inquired on the whereabouts of my product, we were asked to send email to customer care . Trust me , at this point the worst part started. We were assured by stire manager that you will be refunded your money. But after constant email communication, I recieved an apology from their side. Now we don't have anyone who can be held accountable. Store says it's company's decision, metro says it's Skecher's decision. And we can't reach out to Skechers as we bought it from Metro. Thus , don't buy from this brand.

R u looking for an attractive shoes wd high soul ( sneakers wd new tread) do not go in metro ,I went for 2 tyms for search of shoes ,but I think they dont keep the new product ! ? U can also suggest me the new shoes showroom!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its the worst experience with any of the footwear store I have visited till now in my life . The members at the store don't want to listen anything when you complain about something.
I purchased a footwear of Clarks for 3000 & faced a issue after 6 months of using it.
When I explained the issue to them they haven't responded to me for more than 15 days whereas they have promised me to send a feedback within 7 days .
& In the reply as well they had a rude behaviour and take their hands off the material saying they can't do anything ......
Never expecting this kind of customer service from such a deemed brand .....
