I am (now was) a regular buyer at metro shoes since it came to Nashik
But todayβs experience was the worst!
I had gone to buy shoes for my husband and the service that we had till date
1. There was a loud noise the staff talking among themselves, as if they were in a canteen or something. It actually gave me a headache
2. The salesman (I donβt want to take names) didnβt seem quite interested to show a variety of shoes
3. The offering attitude was missing
I think in this increasingly incredible online sales, the shop sales services need to be beyond excellent to be at par with the online business
Hope this feedback is received constructively, but Iβm sure of not visiting the METRO SHOES store again

Nowadays it's showing offer of 50% and 60% but of no use.
Only some products are kept and told offer is just on this products.
