★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever...they are so busy to deal with customers that they don't hve time to receive the call..i hve given my shoe to repair and bcz the shop is bit from my location therefore i wanted to know my shoes got repaired or not but they are so busy to not pickup the call....worst worst worst..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr.Nabakumar Das(grandfather)had bought a pair of shoes from your shop on the month of April'2017.But his shoes teared off for two times. Then he again went to your shop to change that shoes. Within few days that shoes again tear off. So as a customer how can we rely on the products of your shop? So I request the authority of this company to focus on this matter and take some stern steps.
