★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metro shoes has an amazing collection of shoes and an amazing experience for a customer. The staff actively helps you select a pair for you and helps you try on a bunch of stuff. The only thing you have to do is sit and decide what you like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff behaviour is pathetic. His name was Prasun Majumder. He was extremely rude when suggesting that the sole of the shoe wasnt good compared to the price insted of him suggesting any other product he asked us whether we have wore any of metro products. He even took the opportunity to show us the door. This Customer staff has been really at its worse. Not sure if this behaviour exists across all outlets? Highly non recomendable outlet. Feel pity for the owner for hiring such unprofessional and uneducated staffs. Owner - if you are reading this. Please take nexessary action as you wont prosper with such staff.

I visited your shop today evening. My foot size is 10. There were rare ladies sandals available. But more than that which hurt my pride was your continuous statements which meant, "Aap Apne pair ka size dekhe hai? Design mat dekhiye. Since you have a Big foot you don't have the right to choose designs. Stop making faces because you don't like the design. Go all over Kolkata. You won't find any shoe your size. Kahi nahi milega, jo hai bus humare yaha available hai. Apke pass choose karne ka option nahi hai"
Moreover let me tell you a few things-
The designs were monotonous and did not have any aesthetic value to it.
And rather than focusing on customer service you were much more interested in customer insult and body shaming. You kept on mocking me for the size of the feet I have. There is nothing to be ashamed of for me when I am gifted with such beautiful feet.
Who are you to decide whether I have right to choose or not (because u mentioned clearly that I should constraint my freedom to choose not in your shop but also in the whole Kolkata. Because my shoe size is 10)
ALAS. . . ! Your prediction went WRONG. . . . . !
I FOUND SEVERAL BEAUTIFUL SANDLES right on the same floor where your shop is located in Avani Mall, exactly beside your shop at PAYLESS AND RELIANCE FOOTPRINTS. I even got myself two sandles TODAY ITSELF without roaming on the streets of Kolkata.
Sorry to say, but I guess a narrow minded personality like you shouldn't be in the service sector especially while dealing with customers.
I guess it would be beneficial if you would learn some etiquettes and mannerisms of how to deal with customers with special requirements.
