★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a premium store for shoes. I had bought a pair of formals for my friend’s wedding. It was well textured for that occasion. Metro is a nice brand and price is average so you can go for it. In premium ranges they have da vinci brand which focuses on party goers. Shop according to your need. Leather belts are available too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give 0 star. Terrible quality of sandals, started peeling off after wearing it just thrice. Gave it to the showroom for return and refund on 5th of December and they aren't giving any resolution. Also, behaving in an unprofessional manner. Pathetic customer service

You can get assesseries like Belt and shoe care products in genuine price.
Staffs are really good and very friendly with the customers.
One of my favourite place to choose shoes since last 5 years through out India.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This time it been very worst experience with your product .I have purchased a causal shoe from ur brand shop inside Esplanade which is at cattack puri road on 28th March 2021 but with in 15days the product is damaged and its hurt my feet too .The salesman man and shop should not keep such product. Can you help us and provide us any helpline no too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meet Mr.Iqbal , star salesman of metro who knows how to deal with customer. I went with a need for my official shoe and he show me few options and told me science of choosing right shoes and mentioned benefits of each shoe very well. Encouraged me for cross selling and upselling too, closing of sales too good however a little disappointed because no offer was given to me and why hand written bill by metro.
This 5 star rating is only for his service and his art of presenting the shoes.

I bought FILA SHOE AND within 2 months shoes were damaged from front Toe.
Recommend don’t buy any product from them .
Thy are cheater .
They are either selling defective piece or copy ( duplicate products)
