My name, report and records were missing in the span of 3 days. Details were punched in wrong name and the results (findings) of the test are doubtful.
Waste of time, money and creates unnecessary hindrance.

I would give zero star if i had an option!
Please DO NOT VISIT this diagnostic centre as these people are here only to earn money and show carelessness towards patients. The staff is ABSENT with NOBODY to attend the patient at right time.
I went there with my mother for post prandial (after eating) blood collection. They themselves had asked us to come at 12 noon. On reaching there we saw that the centre was open and EMPTY with NO ONE to attend my mother.
After calling the head of the centre he lied to me saying that his staff boy will come in 2 mins as he had an accident and his bike is punctured. My mother was hungry and we had to wait for 50 minutes for the staff boy to appear. We were standing in the scorching heat waiting for that boy.
After 50 mins, 3 staff boys came in hurry and no one had any injury or a punctured bike either and one of them collected the blood without a tourniquet. He tied a glove on the arm to collect blood. What a poor service!! Shame!
The owner of this centre opens the centre and leaves it empty and nobody is there to attend the patient. The owners attitude is RUDE and ARROGANT.
Poor staff management and D-grade patient service. I would advice you to visit a better diagnostic centre as there are many more good diagnostic centres in Kamothe.
DO NOT VISIT THIS CENTRE if you don't want to risk your patient's life.
