★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arthroscopic ortho surgery was carried out by Dr Parth Agrawal who is a patient, understanding good doctor and explained all procedure to us, beside performing a successful surgery. This was the only positive in this place.
Hospital staff nurses, cleaning etc was average. Scope of improvement exists for the meals which is literally the same everyday. Have not met any dietician here to provide diet advice specific to patients need.
Worst dept here is the billing which despite being cashless Mediclaim and well knowing the discharge date right at admission time, wasted my entire day in documentation. Blaming the TPA for delay I finally learnt that delay was from hospital end, sending the bills n docs only at 1430. Finally got discharged at 1700. When discharge date was known to all right from admission date it's really frustrating to keep patients waiting endlessly.
Another major negative point is the hospital utilises full Mediclaim allowance provided by TPA and in addition charges directly to patients misc expenses like surgery material etc in my case amounting to just short of 20k. This is daylight loot. Would not recommend anyone in their senses to get treated here. Better to opt for Jupiter, Holy Spirit etc professional hospitals than such shady money making rip off hospitals. Am certain the same cost for my surgery would be covered at Jupiter without me having to pay a penny extra as was the case here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is extremely pathetic and money looting hospital. Even though you are not having primarily any health issue but they are good at creating it. Dr. Rahul Pandey is never on time and doesn’t respect what patients needs to communicate.
I was non critical and no fever patient and they gave me medicines in kilos. They also gave me remdesvir four doses which was absolutely not necessary.
Their only motive is to make money no matter what happens. My room had door issue which I mentioned them multiple times but still they didn’t act upon it, health faucets in the toilet not working, no hot water in the bathroom, no fire and safety of the building.
Overall if someone wants to welcome more diseases then he must go here.
Dr. Rahul Pande shud n produced before cops to ask questions and his unnatural behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ acceptance of payment only in cash is a big problem. At this point of time and in particular insistence by various authorities for use of digital mode of payment, these ppl are strictly not accepting payments in any other mode. The authorities must strictly look into this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Round the clock availability of a physician was a boon for us when we rushed in the middle of the night when a relative suddenly became critical.It was like a godsend situation for us. Dr.rahul pandey is the best physician we have come across .Always with us through our illness,we felt completely at home.thank you doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good place. The Doctors are always late when I asked the receptionist her reply is he is coming that's all. 9 out of ten times the dr is late. Never on time. The bathrooms are rusty they stink of rust. I saw a doctor wearing the same footwear n apron when he was walking on the street and in the ICU.
Post recovery treatment is a disaster. I came at an appointed time but he is still 1 hr 30 mins delayed. Atleast send a substitute. My 80 year old grandma is waiting that long still didn't show up.
This is not professionalism. They are just here making money nothing more.
The doctor Rahul Pandey even when my Grandma was admitted he was always late. Sometimes I felt only 1 person taking care of the whole hospital.
Mismanagement of time no care of patients nothing.
Very very disappointed.
The Hospital needs to think about their vision and mission statement it doesn't suit them.
All in all its a bad place to get treated.

It is difficult to find such a dedicated and hardworking team who tries best to cater to all the patients need, available throughout our critical illness journey, in all ways possible. We are lucky that we found this place. May God bless him and the hospital staff.
