I had booked an appointment for home sample collection at 7 am in the morning no one turned up and After calling multiple times for the query the customer care service executives keep telling you “our system is down don’t worry we will look in to the matter”, which never happened. They assured me within 2 hours some technician will come home but no one turned up.
Extremely unprofessional and the executives have no idea what they are doing.
Never recommend it to anyone. There should have been an option of giving 0 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The number mentioned here is answered only after repeated attempts. Been calling them since last week, getting confirmation on 1.appointment 2. format and 3. Test results time. Just happened to call them via a friend, and got completely different answers on the above. Seems like people at the call center/helpline just say yes to everything asked. Best go to the lab directly for any clarification. lab was busy, with few good yet impatient staff. blame the exodus of people wanting to get tested as per new guidelines. FYI, dont expect test results within 24 hours as they claim on the helpline, takes about 48 hours....plan accordingly.
Post edit: they suddenly decided not to accept anymore samples. This was after their promises of reports within 48 hours for tests conducted on Friday morning. On reaching there at 7am, as I was asked to come early to beat the queue, was greeted by a tiny board mentioning no new samples would be taken untill Sunday.
Highly unreliable and unprofessional. Better go elsewhere especially if you are travelling and need a report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for RT pcr test for travel, we had 48 hrs to submit the report, so it was critical it get in time. Our swab was collected at 12 noon and to my pleasant surprise the report was sent to me by 9 pm in the evening! That's in 9 hrs flat. Overall experience was a breeze

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited Mumbai for a day and as per the norms had to get a RTPCR test done for my travel back to bangalore. They were so helpful and even though they said it would take upto 12 hours and my travel was in the next 6 hours; they marked it as urgent and said will try their best. I get off the flight in bangalore and the report is ready. Great job! The staff at the lab were super helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very easy to get COVID PCR TEST done here. I deposited swab samples 9am in the morning and got results by 5pm the same day. This is important for flying to countries that need PCR test within one day of departure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reports of metropolis are known to be reliable and that's why one has to comes to the labs. However, after coming to the centre on multiple occasions, I have seen that they have a very long waiting time because the centre is staffed only by a meagre number of people. There is only one phlebotomist (person who collects blood) and a receptionist who is always overwhelmed with the number of people that are always waiting.
While this may be alright at low intensity times, in the morning it's very difficult as there is a very long wait time (sometimes even longer than half an hour for one blood test for a 1-2 min test). This makes things extremely inconvenient and frustrating. They also don't have reclining chair for blood collections which reduces the chances of people feeling faint during blood collections.
