★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am regular with Metropolis But i was disappointed this time i always call nurse who is regular coming my home for collecting sample now she told me you call call canter or thru app i did it thru app but got call and i was ask all same information again and been told that for next two days no appointment available. If ISO App is not working then turn it off
day by day service get bad. I hope my review should help to improve....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star is for staff because they are polite and respectful. This weak review is where the reports of Covid 19 are generated of metropolis. Tested yesterday, didn't receive the reports almost 24 hours have passed. Patient is not well and treatment cannot be received until report is received. Have mailed and also called. They said they will send before 7pm tomorrow. Who is going to be responsible if the treatment isn't received on time and anything happens to the patient?! Please check before going to test at any metropolis branch because they will just keep pushing our calls and forwarding computer typed mails.
