β β β β β False positive report given for COVID. Very shameful. All test results done from other institutions reported negative. I have done 4 other tests also antigen tests. Very negligent

β β β β β Horrible experience in this center. None of the staff is aware of the Test available with Metropolis Lab. I have to wait to book a test called DSDNA - quantitative. I suggest nobody should avail the service from this center. They have given wrong report of DSDNA without any value. I wanted to contact the manager of this center Ms. Vrunda Kokate, but staff no willing to give the contact no. I have to call up Call center as by the staff here, but question here is why should I contact call center for wrong report. They have to get me correct report or return my money. Really frustrating...
