★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went here for an RT-PCR test. After giving our swab samples, we were told they don't accept card payment or UPI and for the RT-PCR test they would only accept cash and would not give a receipt as well. I wonder what makes this test a cash-only, no receipt test but it isn't difficult to understand what's going on here. Such a reputed organization involving themselves in this pathetic behaviour is simply intolerable. Dr Vijender Singh & Ms Ameera Shah, hope you are listening.
PS: I did email them based on the reply below but didn't receive any reply to the email for at least 2 days now. Lethargy? Complacency? You decide.

Results are not up to mark,I went there with the name of metropolis....but it is really disappointing......it is just name of metropolis
But the results are same as any local lab
Don't waste your time and money here...
Managing person doesn't take any accountability for wrong results.....
