8th april i have visted there for test after wasting my 4 Hr in queue they were doing time pass ...when i use to reach near to 10 people for test they stop testing coron reason there higher authority had said to stop talking test max 100 people over there waste there valuable time
finally i visit another place and paid 1k for test
rude behavior they ware telling u may mail or call on toll free worst service in my life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though booked by customer care through phone call for urgent rt pcr test and when we reached the lab, the assistant said testing has been hold and told us to visit other lab. Worst service by metropolis. In emergency, they won't help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standed in the line for 4 hours on 8th April. 10th April still I haven't received my report I had to postpone my flight.
"I called the call centre and then I got my report"
I understand the labs are busy and full. It's been a year I assume the process is set in place and atleast report will reach on time for all needy people.
If you trying calling on this number it won't be received. Check the website number to call the main centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place for doing RTPCR test. Although centre opens at 7 30 AM in mornings but RTPCR timing is 3 PM to 6 PM. It takes hardly 10 minutes to do RTPCR here. Currently they are charging 500rs. Staff is very supportive within 1 day you can get the report.
