★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never seen any lab half as bad as Metropolis. They don't even show up for collection, and lie about it later. They form alliance with certain reputed hospitals in order to make money, charging much more than normal rates for tests. Don't get fooled by the imbecile people running this disgusting lab

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service by illiterate staffs. Either they will not pick up your call or won't take you request officially and deny saying something or the other after collecting the sample and money. they took more than 100+ hours to deliver a report in the crisis situation while they commit to deliver by 24-48 hours. Not a dependable lab at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the time of crisis you are assured you will not get Metropolis support. Either people will not pickup phone or they won't take your request officially . Since in that case they have to confirm the same . If confirmed over phone they will not come showing one reason or other. It's sorry state of affairs. Not dependable at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very prompt service and the lab is managed professionally.
I needed to get myself tested for Malaria urgently. Even though they close their lab for sample collection around 6 in the evening, I requested and they waited for me til 630. Not only that, they also gave me the report promptly.
The girl who sits at the reception is warm and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Astounding incompetence. Booked an RT-PCR test a day in advance, at a given time slot, for air travel 2 days later. The guy was late, so we called, and he said he wouldn't come because RT-PCR tests aren't done before 10 AM. You heard that correct, he said he will not come, not that he cannot come. This is after getting a scheduled time, getting an SMS regarding rescheduling, and then calling them up to get the right time slot again and getting a getting a confirmation SMS with assurance that the time slot will be honoured. Absolutely unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked thru Tata 1mg, RTPCR TEST for my daughter for International travel, where one needs Passport no. Gave the passport copy to the person for incorporating in the report. Now recd report without Passport no and wrong age fm MetropolitanLab. Phoning Tata 1mg and Metropolitan lab, but just listening to music and NO ACTION. Without passport no., one cannot travel. What to do ?

Your reply means NOTHING. Probably, you have replied without reading my problem.
This is just playing / bluffing the poor customers.
Please put your self in my place and then think about the plight of International travellers?
