★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who sits at Reception counter she does not understand anything, I personally visited this place for doing Arthritis related test however no response coming from her. She was supposed to call us back however she has not turned up for this. I do not recommend to visit this Metropolis Collection center as staff is not co-operative and trained as well. I request Metropolis management to look into this and as a result it creates wrong impression on your brand image.
Please avoid this Metropolis Collection Center. Do not try this.

Better to go to Thyrocare or Suburban Diagnostic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic lab,the girl who sits there is not aware of anything plus the timings are written different when we go in evening at 6pm their door is closed from inside.I had this experience not just once, thrice I got this experince.The time they claim especially in evening its not open and in case if its open there wont be anyone to collect the blood,so why have you named it as collection center.@ Metropolis team kindly if you could shift your center somewhere else that would be better or people do have better options like thyocare/SRL/INFeXN labs why should your lab be prefreed if the patient is not getting the claimed services.And this experince is of me as a person from medical background ,dont know what would be the scenario with the local public .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always prefer this lab, lady staff is very supportive. Even today when I went at around 2pm, she was having lunch…she kept her lunch aside and took my blood sample. That too professional and painlessly.
