★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Metropolis is horrible. They are just interested in making money, not in real customer service. They can only be contacted through customer care call portal. When you ask to talk to some senior, they are not accessible. Till you make the payment they are so good with you. Once payment is made, then they start playing and you have to run from pillar to post without any result. In my case I had booked for a routine blood and urine test for myself and wife. They collected the fasting sample, but didn’t turn up for PP sample. On my repeated calling, nobody responded and finally I had to forego the test having paid the money. Thus they are totally irresponsible and completely mismanaged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this metropolis for RT PCR test by person but they told me only home visit allowed. Don't understand what is the logic .. Is there no person inside the big lab don't know how to do swapping ? Or they want to charge extra money for home visit... And they told that it ll take more than 24 hours for report ... Those who want RT PCR test to travel .. don't prefer this for urgent. Some labs ready to give lesser than 10 hours .. By looking outside of the lab, it seems they might have good PCR facilities , despite of having their good lab, they are not providing better hospitality.... Panchavati area metropolis they completely closed also.. Hope they will increase their standard in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give them half or less than half star. Their charges are already higher than other equally good labs and on top of that I was charged double. People from Deccan branch charged me almost 6000 instead of 2500 rupees.
It's been two weeks and I haven't received refund after making numerous calls to their call center. Be aware folk. Check your bill before paying.
