★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All services inside the mall are good. But the reason I gave 2 stars is for the poor parking services. The parking charges are too much they charge you Rs 10 per hour for two wheeler ? and rs 20 per hour for four wheeler plus they will charge you full per hour fee for extra 5 minutes also, it's too much. They are doing robbery. I parked my four wheeler ? there for 4 hr 5 mins they altogether took Rs 100 fee. No point at all. I bargained but still they are saying that it's per kmc charges. Even they are charging parking fee for a cycle ? as a two wheeler fee , just tell me who charges cycle as a bike parking fee. I request the metropolis mall ,hiland park authority to please look into this matter as soon as possible because theft is going on outside the mall premises. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the shops are closed and the place has lost its life and vigour. Only kfc is there in the food court and nothing else. Outside food is awful and not well stocked as well. Only Inox is okay maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is gradually reaching normalcy after lock down phase. There a free changes, not all the outlets are open yet. Footfalls are yet to reach it's peak. Preparations for celebrating 'Poila Boishakh' are going on in full swing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place. It's just opposite to Highland Park bus stop. You can find an underground parking place here and wheelchairs are also available for specially abled people. You have an INOX and a Big Bazaar in here too along with a lot others. The ground area is a bit less as compared to other malls.

They even switched off the review option on Google and have kept 5 YEARS OLD pictures of the mall to misguide people.
1. The Food court is destroyed, deserted and broken...Closed as well...
2. Toilets are worse than the public roadside toilets...no efforts to clean it are made...
3. All the shops are on the verge of closing...
4. No ACs...most of the customers are at risk of falling sick by sweating excessively...
5. The mall is in desperate need of maintenance..
IT LOOKS LIKE A HORROR HOUSE .
6. After sunset it becomes a place of accumulation of all street loafers and is not safe for girls...
