For every muscle group there are more than enough machines.The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and highly motivated. No matter what fitness level you are on ( beginner, novice or pro ) they have got something at the MG gym that will challenge you . The facility itself is always spotlessly clean and very well maintained.Would highly recommend it .

Apart from hygiene and state of the art fitness instruments. the gym is very spacious and have area of calisthenics or cross fit which I think is the USP that you have all the options to train in whichever way you want. The trainers are polite and helpful. They are always there to guide you and dont bug unnecessarily. All in all, the atmosphere and ambience is very positive and I highly recommended this Gym .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fitness is the main source of energy. We hardly get good fitness centers with all modern amenities. Mg gym has been fulfilling its promise of providing well fitness training to the fitness lovers. mg gym has sufficient fitness trainers to provide proper guidance to the clients. All fitness trainers are certified and having extra ordinary skills related to their work. The ambience of the gym is superb. You feel great while exercising there. The atmosphere is so lovely. All the fitness equipments are modernized and easy to use.
The different thing is that they provide different fitness classes like Zumba, Yoga, Aerobics and Strength training exercises which add value to your fitness. So, join mg Gym and give new heights to your fitness. I can assure you that you would love to exercise there.
