★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs and Engineers working there are skilled, they solved my problem within hours. For the same problem, I was suffering since 3-4 months and my Nearest Service Center i.e. MG VARANASI(Staffs & Engineers)were unable to help and they were ignoring my complains.
10⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Goes to MG South Delhi Service, Impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MG Okhla provides the worst service out of any car company. No one at the service center even answers their phones. I would advise everyone to stay away from MG cars till they sort out their service team properly. I never thought I would have to deal with such a poorly organised team when I was buying my EV from them.

With much grievances i am writing this post. I had given my car for servicing at Sai Sreeja service centre on the 15th of this month and till today (i.e 23 July) all the concerned complaints / repairs have not been addressed. I have been giving my car for servicing since past two years but never did i ever faced such lackadaisical attitude. I had even mentioned the all the problems that i was facing to the concerned representative but now even after more than a week few of the issues still has not been resolved. I am just disappointed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic. I have given my car for servicing. The team called me for my opt of mymg and given feedback outstanding themselves. The basic ethics are missing. I am not going to trust them again. Asking MG Motors to take strict action against the unethical practices.
