★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First i didn't want to give even 1 star to this company s product.I bought solar water heating system big one.The company claimed to be the or best product but actually their best is worst of worst.Within 8 months 1 tank got leaked and was replaced but with very long duration with very poor service and after 11 the replaced tank also leaked out.The tank didn't just leak the entire side portion of cylinder are torn .Like made of cheap and thin alluminium.The worst is that even after complain nobody resolve the issue they just send mail that soon will be replaced but its been month and no assistance ..worst service ever.If anyone who have lots of free time should go buy this company product coz it may need to replaced anytime..due to leakages tearing up etc...and who can wait for months for finally and hope for replacement.In nearly 1.5 year 2 tanks already replaced and now for third replacement.Very upset with their product and service too nobody gives appropriate answer and time for fix.they just say out of stock everythime.This is enough im not going for replacement .And i will recommend everyone if you like to waste your time and money buy their product happily .if no then please dont ever go for their product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought water heating solar systems of M. G. Rama from oneof its distributor Venugopal Agencies in Jaipur. The service, quality and the behavior of the supplier and the manager of the company Mr. Bhawani Singh is so low standard that I sincerely advise not to buy any product of this company. I am planning to take them to the consumer court. Forcibly I have to give them one star but they are in minus.
