★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is the worst doctor I have ever seen as in my brother was suffering from acute chorea she got to know after referring some test as in major MRI and some blood tests and after that tests conducted she said I got to know this is chorea but she said now I want to know that what is the reason behind this then only she can recommend some medicines. I got in contact with this doctor through the ( Madhukar rainbow children hospitals Delhi ) and she is now even not referring any medicines so I conversed with her she was afraid of people fear so she returned the consultation fees as in I said that I will put a bad review in google so the conclusion is this you should never recommend her for paediatric neurology

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really not satisfied the way they treat with patient and use pathetic procedure. Even a single star would be more than enough to provide them due to below mentioned reasons:
I booked an appointment with Rekha mittal by calling them on 29th dec 2020. One of the staff infomed me that due to covid she will attend on video call then we can visit at place.
First pay 2000 then we will fix it. I paid amount and then online appointment fixed on 1st Jan 2021 at 05:30 and 3 PM offline on very next day. She ask me to send videos of my kid and related documents on WhatsApp i sent it immediately.
That was a first day of new year we were waiting because we had online appointment so we had to be there. After waiting till 05:45 we didn't receive any call then i call to confirm what is the reason. They replied sir actually we forgot to tell you that you can visit now offline directly. I asked you should have informed us even by sending masssage we could have go outside to celebrate new year.
Can you imagine the kind of irresponsibility they had shown. That is not the end
They said sir don't be late next day mam( rekha Mittal) never be late. We said ok.
After reaching at the destination i waited there 25 min after the appointment timing because she was busy with another patient.
Finally i got a chance to meet her. She ask about the history of child. I asked that have already sent whole history and videos but she said not sure. What would you do if doc will answer like that. Then she said tell me in brief. We stared but after a minute she got a call and was busy for 10 min. This happened 4 times and every call was over then 5 min. We were getting upset but she was on same track then she committed on phone that i will be free in 5 min and then she did the same.
I was regretting myself that why i was being there. That was my first and last visit. i never write any negetive reviews but i had to because i lost my hard earned money and time which i never felt before.
