I called and asked when will the electricity will come and she said tell me the sub division so i say i live near karamsad, maybe karamsad or anand, so she said you dont know your subdivision how can i know, is this a way to treat customer. I clearly said my address, then also she said, first know your subdivision and call, then i was finding the bill to check with consumer number, she cuts the phone and after that i tried several times, nobody picks the call. Is this for mgvcl is charging the taxes?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service from long time, every time we face of power cut, if it is summer or rain or winter. And even not pick up a single call, If u can not make ur service proper plz give ur authorities in some other hands like torrent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people have no man power.. thay are lazy and never wanted to give support and service. They even cant manage small disaster.. lights cut off whole night but these people could not come and fix minor problem on light pole due to bunch of people handeling feeder to get online on priority.. who is the priority people who pays bill or whatever priority they set apart from darkout at cansumer?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As soon as a cloud appears in the sky, these people cutoff the electricity. Saturday night- must get the phone fully charged. Summer- power cut. Monsoon- power cut. So many people have solar panels now which must have reduced the power consumption.
People have even stopped calling this number because "light jay atle phone baju ma muki de che" has become common knowledge.
Why aren't you able to provide even basic service? Shouldn't complaint about losing jobs to privatization if this is how you honour your government service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My complain was yesterday on 13/01/22 at 7pm...We visit personally for complain.. From that to till at 3pm on 14/01/22, they says technician is on the way... But till now they not reach at home to solve. There is no water at home.. Facing too much problem on this festive day.. Worst service...
