★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No good response from authorities over there, and timing for bill payments is really odd and inconvenient. 11:00 to 1 and 2.30 to 4:00 , they would close off 30 mins early and open up an hour late and still act rude to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. 5 official complaint numbers are kept aside including emergency number even after 15 hours of no rain no wind. This is not expected in the time of calamity.
From last 28 hours no electricity at my house and no clue still when they are coming. Can you imagine?
