The Board is functioning at Regional Head Quarter at Mumbai having territorial Jurisdiction over 4 Districts of Konkan Division namely; Thane, Raigad, Ratnagiri & Sindhudurg. The Board is functioning under superintendence and control of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority, Mumbai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mhada Bolinj has good infrastructure and as far as safe point of concern it has proper Fire System and Alarms in each house and in each floor of Every building. Right now connectivity issue(For every Broadband) I guess there is no Tower here for this area. By the way I have complaint regarding this issue. No riksha stand for Mhada Colony for now(Yashwant Nagar is nearest to grab Riksha). Investing in other property(private) will be better than Mhada in Virar(almost the price is same).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this colony people crowd was very low many flats are still empty...tower is very huge around 24th floor each wing....and you will confuse Because of building number from 1 to 14 in that 3A 3B 4A like this each number have alphabet for building....very soon this place will occupied full
