I have applied for new gas connection a week ago but still no response. May be they are delaying as i have not purchased gas oven from them. Such action falls under consumer harrassment.

I have applied for a new gas cylinder connection about a ten days ago with your respective gas agency. Mr. Prasant Ji (Your Agency Personnel) had represented to my family member at the time of submission of application that physical inspection will be carried out by them at my place soon. However, till date I have neither get any response nor any physical inspection regarding ‘GAS OVEN’ (which has been purchased by me during the month of April’ 2022) has been carried out at my place from your side. My family member has already visited your agency office for more than 3 to 4 times regarding the same issue. Maybe they are delaying the connection procedures intentionally as I have purchased ‘GAS OVEN’ from outside and not from your Agency. As far as I know such delaying in getting new connection from the Gas Agency especially like you, falls under consumer harassment and this could be resulting as complaint lodged by me to Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas department. Hence, request you to do the needful at the earliest or else I will take necessary strong action regarding the same.
