★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsible technicians . Unable to diagnose issues properly. Had problem with display but they did a software reset claiming it was a software error. Later realised display was damaged . Had to lose huge data unnecessarily

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service center serves oneplus as well as MI products. The display for my oneplus phone was damaged, went blank and was out of warranty therefore I sent it there for repair. It is supposed to be walk in service but you have to make an appointment, then why say walk in. For appointment you have to download oneplus care app, enter your details and IMEI no of your phone to register. Now if you are an unlucky guy like me you would not carry your invoice because the display is gone and it is the only place to find IMEI no. After that you give your device, it is repaired, then you send to collect your device, but they don't accept cash, they want you to digitally transfer the amount. Display don't come cheap and if you don't have money in your account it makes you furious. I managed (borrowed) somehow and paid on the oneplus care app. Not over yet, now I receive a call from my friend whom I sent to collect the phone, "Where did you paid the money? " he said they were asking. I told them on the stupid oneplus care app thinking "Abe Lag Gayi Chot". Then I received an OTP which then I shared. After all that I received the phone with hopefully genuine spare display. The this 2 ⭐ above are for employees who work on this service centre who due to stupid polcies of companies have to endure wrath of customers and deducted 3 ⭐ since I had to go through all this. Deducting 1 ⭐ again since my indisplay finger print sensor is not working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't like the oneplus service center dharameth they are not receiving the call . I am not satisfied with this process .My oneplus nord is cracked and display is gone I have just gone there 12 or 13 days ago they said that the display is not available now and said that they will call me and tell about the oneplus nord display and they have not call me yet .They have to be more responsible now and I am not satisfied now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick work. There weren't many people and the service was really quick. My earbuds had an issue of disconnection. They didn't even ask to show the issue in front of them and since it was in warranty, i was given a quick replacement. Impressed by the emails and details shared by OnePlus service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier when used to have redmi 5, my experience was good my phones touch was responding properly so i went there and got my touch panel changed for free since my phone was in warranty thumbs up for that but now I have poco m2 pro there's a dust problem with poco m2 pro the dust gets settled in main sensor of camera so i went there to get my camera cleaned they made me wait for an hour and after getting my phone what is saw is that my camera is clicking even more bad images to be precise the images was very smudgy so i told the executive that mam the phone is clicking smudgy images, they were not ready to accept and they kept telling that sir "images aisi hi nikalte hai ye phone me" I was like come on man I have this phone for like 7 months and i know the quality of images this phone used to click earlier I am so disappointed by their service.
