★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well , I needed an MI Router urgently , So I ordered through new system called MI COMMERCE , I just placed the order on MI website selecting nearest store, and I was surprised that Within 2 hours I got the delivery by Mr. ANIRBAN , store manager I paid him cash , and it was instantly delivered thanks to him and his team for wonderful super fast delivery even in this LOCKDOWN situation, I can surely say that their service is far better than FLIPKART and I have strong reason to support my statement. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was a bit average. The sales representative seemed a bit unaware about the actual reviews of the products. When we asked them about a concern a lot of existing users presented, he seemed to rubbish it, then when we showed him what people are saying, he said that's the first he's heard of it.
As a new buyer, I would've appreciated if they were a bit more aware about their products and rather reassured if that was an issue that has been resolved on software updates, rather than outright refuse. There were 20000 reviews on the product we were speaking about. And for a television set to start presenting lines would not be acceptable to any buyer, new or old.
The offers they were giving also weren't in line with what their website also offered.
