★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I purchased a Mi band pro from this shop. The band fell down on the floor from the staff while opening. He handled it careless, and not admit the mistake. He told that you get warranty for one year if anything happened. Still while purchasing something new how can he handle it without care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a mi exclusive shop and many products are not on display or available for demo and staff has no idea why. Staff is not interested in selling anything except mobiles (perhaps that have a commission) . Were not aware of laptop features. I see new staff every week. Strange they don't use their own laptop for billing but Lenovo. Go only if you have decided what to buy. Don't expect a demo or knowledgeable staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was great experience to be here, met with Rahul, a gentleman working here he shows us all the products very professionally and also told us about the benefits about the products in detail, rest all working people there, very co-operative, neat and clean store, Opening and closing timings are 10am to 9 pm, you'll get to see here Smart Tv, Smart Bulb, Phone , Laptop, Speakers earphones, headphones, and other Mi smart products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them to know about availability of Red Mi 10,6 RAM 128 GB ( Pacific Blue). Over, the call they confirmed its available and for price Rs 13,000/-. I visited the Shop in 30 min and was told it's an error and they don't have the product physically. Kapil the store staff was very rude and arrogant. Later, i was recommended by Kapil (store staff ) and was forced to buy the same product at Rs 15000/. When the phone price is already listed Rs 12,999/-on MI app and website then why should I pay Rs 2000/-extra This kind of behaviour is highly unprofessional from such a big brand. Very much disappointed about my experience. Total waste of time and effort to visit them. I hope some strict action would be taken on my complaint so such instances are never repeated to any of the other customers.
