★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to change the battery only and the battery wasn't in their inventory, so for this they said I have to keep the phone in the service center for 7-10 days. Can you imagine? Just to change battery you have to keep your phone!!!! I asked if there is any other ways, even I can pay for the battery so that they can arrange it and I can come and change instantly, but they said that is not possible, I have to keep for 7-10 days. If this is company's process then I would say this is worst company policy or if this is decided by the service center then I would say this is the worst customer care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For Redmi Note 7S.....they told only battery replacement cost would be 4k......the fun fact is.....I brought that ph from Flipkart for just 7200 rupees....no refurbished

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Today I am going to this center for checking my Mi power switch checking purpose. But service provider told me first your backup all data then i will check your mobile. I don't know why data backup is required. Actually this service providers are harassment to all customer those who are under guarantee period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought Laptop 3days back from MI home showroom in Abani River side mall, at time they said go-to services center and they will make it workable with all update installation,
Now I can came in servise center and they saying nothing can do from here, before coming I call here also but they said all have already installation along with office, but in my laptop nothing have,
They denied first to check atleast, after so much of conversion finally they took time to have a look, but finally nothing make changes by servise center, they may good for phone only,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good. 5 minute from Howrah maidan. The service center is at 2nd floor. Behaviour of the staffs are polite. I got quick service. Waiting room is clean and there is air conditioner also. I am happy with their service.
