★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear all consumers, This service center is totally useless just like a white elephant, on dated 2/11/2021 I visited at this store for my notes pro to rectify Reciver no sound problem, store executive told me we have no part of this product at present and part will be come from Bangalore so submit ur phone here and time will be taken to rectify this issue 10 to 15 days minimum.I was shocked to hear that like reciver a small part they don't have in their stock inventory. and these small type of problems how customer can wait 15 days without phone ??. They have no parts so guys don't waist ur expensive time here,. After that I visited sec 14 mehrolly road , gurgaon mi center. In that place they changed my recover with in 25 mints.
Overall conclusion is that MI should close this center@ railway road, gurgaon

Service centre not trust my voice
My phone error in 5 days...
1. open app in 2 minute use and automatically back.
2. Application open for slow and some apps not working.
3. Error this Bug report are stopped.
4. My phone adepter 10 min use charging device bt adepter is very hot?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, kisi ko apne phone ki aisi taisi karna ho to jaye, otherwise in my cass first they told me ur phone is ready when I reached at service center they told part is not available, then on promise they repaired it three time and problem not get solved and all the times they have different excuse, in last I have taken my phone without repair by paying their inspection bill.

Xiaomi recommends to book an appointment prior to the visit of service center through online link /mi store app.
The staff attended the issue well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic experience. No systematic approach nor any token system. Both the customer dealing front office staffs not interested to provide satisfactory or polite response to any of the customers. Same seems service station is GOOD FOR NOTHING.
There is no option to rate ZERO else i would love to provide that.
