The customer care was empty when I visited the shop for my phone's battery replacing but they not entertaining me, and give me coupon for next day. And giving not assurance that will be solved on next day. I am very disappointed of such kind of Unprofessionalisam. I had high expectation from the representative of the number one mobile company of India.

I am Surjit Santra. Two weeks ago my Redmi Note 9 phone got MI lock.I gave the phone to MI Service Center in Tarakeswar and within a week my phone recovered MI Lock. I am very happy now.? The staff of this service center behaves very well. The service center staff listened to my problem as soon as I left, then there was no time for a week and Fixes MI lock on my phone.
Many many thanks to all the staff of this Shivam ???Telecom Service Center. Hopefully this service center will reach a higher peak better.
