Because Maximum time they don't have that parts which are to be Replaced or repaired..
And after that they say that "you have to submit your phone at service centre for minimum 3 to 5 day"..
How could this become possible now these days when our phone is everything for us..

Note:
1. ₹118 is chargeable if you cellphone is water demaged and this is not covered under warranty, So there is no need of creating this issue.
2. Location is okay, This is located near Krishna Chowk, New palam vihar.( Rohtak-Bahadurgarh Road)
3. Staff is awesome and reliable, When i visit this Service center i had an issue with management team but after first visit i got to know about the mi policy.
4. Store is not much overcrowded but most of the part are out of stock, So if you want an immediate part i do not recommend this store, You can visit Bus Stand Mi care. That store has big inventory.
