This centre just has been shifted from Dampier nagar(Rajendra tower) to vikash market;I noticed the impact of its new set up at a new location as I saw a lack of staff members there.., only some 3-4 people were there who were managing it totally.
#At old centre, there was Appointment system;U had to wait for your turn and it demanded much of your time.
Here at New center no proper appointment system is fixed.
They ask to sit there on chairs.however, they call you at counters in short time.
#At entry gate, there is a bar code sticked on.
U can take an appointment by scanning it, If u want.(which is of no use.by it you will get time slots of 12:00-2:00,3:00-5:00 etc. and they themselves call you in 10-15 minutes, anyway ?♂️
