★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before repairing the phone, the bill that makes it will have to be paid in full first! Will have to pay first then phone repair, In which service center would this happen? When I am saying, take the payment now etc. I will bring you from home now and then I have forgotten my ATM home by refusing to do so.
Very bad idea, give first money to service center
Now the customer will leave the phone and run away
It's trully bad idea

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff will ask you for 1 person at a time to visit counter and they don't even wearing a mask and they too ask you for not to sit together while they are without mask! And also staff isn't familiar with coustomer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaviour of the staff was ridiculous, mannerless, irritating n egoistic specially the receptionist (married lady). They think that they have best engineering staff in the whole world but poorest service ever. I highly recommend not to have any service from them. They didn't even try to resolve my problem except blaming me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service i have ever gone through. First they talk sweetly and take your phone and then keep delaying return. I was given 2 days time but got my phone after 5 days. They don't even pick up calls.
I had to give 1 ? because it's necessary but in real it doesn't even deserve 1 star.
Take my advice Don't go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's so costly and making their own profits as i had to replace my battery for that they were charging 2800 rupees and again 2800 rupees for folder. When i asked same for in other stores they charged me lesser price.

They gave my phone back in 10 days and while the maximum limit is 3 to 4 days.
and the receptionist does not pick up the phone, kisi bhi time karlo na call karke btate ki phone ready h..jakr 3-4 baar khud puchna padta h..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took around 45+ days to change my motherboard, they don't pick phone calls, in my case they said that motherboard is not being supplied by the Company itself, I am using Redmi note 10 pro, and in the case if anyone uses POCO then you guys will be so frustrated to get your phone repaired. I was a bit lucky because my phone wasn't submitted by them as they give reasons that they too don't know when the motherboard will arrive and after almost 10 visits I got my phone's Motherboard changed in single day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think one star will be enough. Staffs look not so active and engineers are also not active to complete the work in the given time. I went with my friend, and they went us back due to some pending work. We wasted our fours days back to back but they could not fix the problem. If you will go in the summer, not possible to tolerate because no single AC is working there, due to humidity and heat you could not even sit there for waiting. Hygiene wise average.
