★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and behaviour. Solved my problem without any hassle.
Update : Problem not solved at all. Wifi range issue on Poco M3 keeps coming back, visited service center 3 times over 9 months and it only works for a month or two after they perform a software update then goes back to having bad range again. They won't change any hardware components to fix this issue permanently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service staffs are friendly and quite thorough in there work. But phone was repaired within 1 hours. But the place is hard to find. From Barrackpore railways station one must take a Toto or auto to find this place. It is near a petroleum pump. Overall my experience is very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first day was 2nd April,2022 when I visited this service centre. Today is 21st April, 2022. But my problem is not resolved still now. I called them many times. They always told that they will resolve my issue within 2/3 days. I am very much unhappy with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will recommend you if your warranty period has expired, don't think to go there.
First thing yesterday I went there with my friend for resmi y3 battery change, battery price is 799/- but finally I paid 1562.30/- .
Fees break down are as below:
19%+19% gst
350/- service charge
19*4 back cover adhesive price + gst
99/- cable
Finally they took the above mentioned price. Before that I replace a local battery in my nearby shop he took only 450/- including each and everything.
This is a part.
Another part is,
First you have to wait few minutes before enter the shop , that's only for first time entry.
Then when you finally discuss with them about the problem again you have to wait more than 1.30 hrs outside the room below the sun.
Thay had not arranged any sitting option for the waiting people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service centre is good. The staff are friendly, and they know what they're doing. But they lack a little bit of enthusiasm and helpful behaviour that the MI service centre at Serampore has. My phone's issue couldn't be solved by them in 3 days while the Serampore one did it in 3 hours. Would definitely go to the one on the other side of the river.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi service centre's location is Near Petrol pump. Accessories of mobiles are available but no mi mobile is available here. Service for mi mobile hand set is done here. Payment receiving process is not up to date here. There is no card swipe machine here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to change the battery of my mobile i.e. Redmi Note7. The funny part is that they told me that it would cost around 4000. Lol ?. It is a 3-year old phone. They also checked the exchange value of my phone. And it was 3800 which was even less than the cost of the battery.
Otherwise, they were politie in their behavior.
