•First of all they will tell you that they are providing a discount which means that they won't give you an original bill just a hand written paper(they won't tell you this at first).
• Then your phone's defected part will be replaced with a duplicate part (definitely not MI, if MI then it's a used part of old mobile).
•Its always better to avoid such service centers as they are duping people by providing fake parts.
I went there for a battery replacement of my device, they said they will give me discount of ₹300. At end my device got fixed and I asked them for bill. They said discount is provided by not giving the bill. After checking my device I found that battery was replaced by a old one (manufacturing 2016). I asked them for the reason but they failed to give a satisfactory response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just want to earn money by replacing parts. They do not want to fix the problem in warranty period even if they have parts available. One fine day my mother visited this store and as the phone is still in warranty period so they asked her to visit different store. Next day I visited the same store and started telling them about my issue but did not mention that phone is in warranty. They agreed to fix the problem and when in the last I mentioned that my phone is just 3 months old then they came up with excuse that server is not working. Cheap mindset and idealogy.

Crowd management is good but be aware they will always exaggerate your phone' problem and will try to snatch more and more money from even for a problem that can easily be solved by Software updation or resetting the phone. So, before going to them always read on internet about the problem your phone is having.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not the authorised service centre now. It's now run by a private owner. They'll say they can't give bill as the server is down, it's just a hoax. They'll give you a hand written bill with no assurity that the parts are original.
For east delhi people, preet vihar and bhajanpura are the authorised one.
Come here at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fake mi customer service center. This service center is not authorised or this is not currently online by MI. This is a repairing center or sale their own repaired phone. Bad behaviour or making money they did not provide any facilities in guarantee period. Only charge money and repair your phone like other repairing shop. I am shoked why MI did not take action against tham making fool in thair name.
