★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service center unlike other they are very transparent. I went for htc mobile , (firstly they were) and i insisted they allow me to send mail and talk to Bangalore, cauz mob. Is sent to Bangalore. Good staff. But location is quite tough, you had to ask the locals to locate it.

Takes much time if you are free and having enough time then visit.
Service is almost a level up than normal.
Employees are professional and trained.
Charges are also legitimate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked them to provide the software update for poco X2 which had camera issue and even the company says that the camera issue is because of software update they provided but these guys opened the phone behind my back and said that it went in water but in reality it was never like that and said that the motherboard needs to be replaced. Only god knows the kind of service MI is providing and the phone as well as mine was even splash proof. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only this but every MI service centres are worst. They just keep telling you next date foe everything. You can't get your work done here. They take months to diagnose the appliances and then month to tell you the price and the will be insanely high like you are getting apple product serviced here. Ver bad experience Xiaomi. ??
