★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hope less service and the lady sitting there thinks a lot of herself. And this so last time I'm buying something from Chinese company. I have 4 month old Mi Revolve Active and it stops working regularly and they are not ready to service or exchange it even though its in warranty period. Hats off you lost a long time customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst ppl on this earth there was issue with my phone which I knew was due to battery workers were so lethargic they started to tell it is old model n there will be charges to just to have a look n not interested to resolve the issue I had 2 phones with different problems but same answer came as they were not ready to work n gave vague answers for my problem.. Don't have such employees or else ur company reputation is under stake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind of arrogant staff, I called regarding a battery replacement of my phone which they said would cost ₹2900 on the call, but when I went there to give it they said it would cost 3900! And they asked me to leave my phone for a day. On the next day when I called them up asking whether the phone was serviced, they said they didn't have stock and said they'd get it tomorrow, and this continued for another 2 days, after which I couldn't stand it no more and went and got my phone and asked them to give me a call when they get stock of the battery. It's been more than a week and I still haven't got a call from them!
