★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very upfront about the repair and spare cost. They charge 118/- for a inspections n and return if you don't opt for repair. They have good seating and clean environment. They accept only card payment. They have some issue with their gst software as of today 7/1/2022 and are not able to add our gst number to the bill during payment. They have requested me 4 working days to send gst bill to my email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst service center with unprofessional staffs. Do not visit it. They don't know how to talk to customers nor address any issues. Everytime I go for any repairs or defects I have faced issues. Mi India teach you staff basics before opening service centres. You might be leading seller of mobile phones but your service both online and offline sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not provide the service as per the promissed time. I submitted my Bose 500 woofer for repair and they promised to procure the faulty part and Max time they asked for is 15 working days for repair. It's now more than 40 days and still they have not repaired my device. Every week they say next week it will get repaired and timelines keep on extending.
So poor service and delevery estimation.
Moreover everytime i have to wait for 10 mins before the actual status can be fetched from the system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't like the place as it is very small and taken in rent on a small apartment where there are people residing. The staffs are not so welcoming.
I had some issues with my phone screen, they said will replace the screen and the touch which would cost me of 3800 so I came back and went to a nearby store and paid just 250 where the technician had to just replace the side bar buttons as it were malfunctioning.
I prefer brand service center but this thing changed my perception completely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To the BOSE customers. Its waste of giving one star as well. Pathetic service, no man power. Ive given my BOSE for repair and the worst part is they bring our products outside and change the components. I've given my product and they said they would call me but they dont even respond to my call. So i came directly to the center to see what was happening but my product is not found in the service center rather i had to wait for 2 hour for a guy to bring my product.
The worst part is nothing has been done rather CHANGE THE CIMPONANTS.
They even change componants from ur product.
I Highly recommend u NOT TO APPROACH U TO THIS CENTER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the service center recently to fix my soundbar, staff was very busy but still courteous. They helped me with issue and solved it right there, could have charged me, but decided not too.. very surprising nice gesture. I am only giving 4 star because it was little hard to find the place while it is on the main road. Thanks again for your prompt support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review because Bose Service Centre here in Bangalore has been shifted from its old location to a new one here in Indiranagar. But the worst part is that, it is along with MI Service Centre in the same building on the same floor. It is too hard to find out the Service centre that it needs to be mailed and then they will mail you back for the place. The problem is that until you reach the exact place you won't be able to make out whether it is Bose Service Centre or something else. I feel this is not good that a brand like this should have a place like this. Even if it is, it shall not be underrepresented or it shall not be like this in a dinzy place. This is my opinion and I might not be right. But this is what I felt. But the staffs were courteous.
