Good Side was that they repair my handset very well, also they repair and clean the front speaker without any cost. Receptionist behaviour is moderate. The service center is value for money. Handset parts and accessories prices are reasonable.
Bad side is that most of the mobile parts aren't available in this Service center. You have to wait few days to get back your mobile handset.
If they have the required part, then repair get done in 2 hours positively.
Parking is not available at the building or outside. You have to park your vehicle little bit far from the service center.
Also one-way traffic is there at salt lake college more. You have to return or back via another road due to one-way.
Few review are negetive. But my experience with this service center quite well & supportive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my phone serviced quite fast here. The receptionist was welcoming and polite and understood the issue pretty well. She was handling the customers also quite well. They helped me in getting the service done in 2 hours on my request which is great. Hand sanitizer was there and the staff was wearing mask. Saw water dispenser and washroom were present within the building. Chairs were separated by X sign to maintain social distancing. Overall had a good experience.
For parking you need to go behind the lane of hyundai showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staffs working here... absolutely unprofessional and unethical..they accessed my phone without my permission when I gave for repairing. I gave my handset for replacement of physical key, however, once the phone got repaired they inserted their official SIM inside my handset and called in several unknown number till I come to take my handset. Totally unethical and ridiculous behaviour of staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. My poco x3 pro still in warranty, bricked due to a hardware failure issue and the service center denied my warranty due to a small dent it got in the very first month of purchase. Hate these chinese oems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor communication skills and service provided. Phone was given for fixing the screen, on return the fingerprint censor wasn't functioning. No clarity provided on the cause leading to the issue and no accountability taken. Staff proceed to charge the new issue which clearly arose after the phone being handed over. Decided to keep my damaged phone than be charged 1000 rupees needlessly. Tried their best to show proof on their end that all quality tests were approved before being handed over, ignoring the possibility that clearly the issue wasnt present before being serviced. Also upon requesting of a feedback form was questioned by staff, and denied the right to produce the same leading me to no choice but to give feedback online. Basic customer rights not only denied but repeatedly questioned. Finally, payment made for fixing screen led me to hardware damage. Clear lack of training of employee-customer relationship displayed by staff. Hope necessary actions are taken to ensure no such futures situations to arise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I ever had. My phone got a problem with touch key and they took my phone diposited. Gave an assurance that it will be delivered within 4 days. But after continue phone calls they are giving various excuses that the part is not available. But they assured me that the part will be available in the said service centre within 3-4 working days. But now they are refusing their words and after 5 days passed they are offering me to take my phone back without getting serviced.
