★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend and I visited this place for his mi phone issues, the staff was very welcoming and cooperative, complete covid 19 protocol was followed, the service center was neat and clean and properly organized. Though there were other people also waiting and no special priority was given to us but it still felt like we were valued customers and our visit mattered for them. The owner Mr Rajeev Puri is a complete professional with indepth knowledge of the hardware and software , he took less than 30 seconds to diagnose the problem and told us to wait for a while. The phone was returned to us in less time than we were told. Exceptional service standards for this service center, wish other big names in the industry like Samsung and Apple had these kind of people representing them, it improves the brand value of mi and the customer perception towards it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, I just hope they have some extra stock so that people should not wait for 3-4 days, As most of the time they repair product as per demand and for that customer need to leave their phone for 4-5 working days. Which is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Service Center is located at prime place but access to the center is not so easy. The employees are well behaved but not enough in numbers to handle cases. As it is located in the very conjusted place it's not able to provide a required service to everyone on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My phone was not working and I have gone there but there is no spare part available. My phone was under warranty but they charged me 200rs and they did not attached the warranty seal on my phone. Service is very bad behaviour is very bad. Girls who are handling customers they don't know how to talk with a customer. Even though customer is coming from 150 km away from thier location they don't even care. Mi should understand these things and if they do not provide such services then they should not promise warranty repair or replacement.
