★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, your service executive didn't know that my poco x3 is dual speaker and they even don't identify the problem of hardware issue or software issue.
It's has been 2 month of use and bottom speaker stop working and she asking for service even it's in warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst service centre in kolkata.... There services are very bad... I visited yesterday there for repairing camera glass and charging slot nd they will repair only charging slot nd asking again for service charge... Very bad experience don't visit there....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. The girl who is dealing with the customer, her behaviour is very bad, unprofessional.... She is also behaving very badly with other customers also. I have given my phone for display repairing and they have damaged the phone battery also. Very unprofessional. They have damaged my phone. Very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nice customer service & well behavior also...but some worker are not professional.When I wrote the customer feedback back to them In front of me, they smiled looking at each other..That seemed a bit strange to me i asked them any problem? they said no problem. And though I have given the feedback well so good.So the matter to me is really irritating. thats why i telling some worker are not professional. the remainder was ok.

First come, first serve. They check phones and give necessary information. They took less than 30 mins to repair my product.

I Visit this place for some reason and they didn't check my stuff properly but predict something else ..
moreover they didn't even know exact price of the spare parts ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST SERVICE CENTRE EVER...... (THEY ARE LITERALLY FORCING EVERYTHING) NON POLITE BEHAVIOUR........... MY POCOX3PRO GOT DEAD FEW WEEKS AGO..... I VISITED THE PLACE CAUSE THE CENTRE WAS NEAREST TO ME..... I ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT CAUSE MY PHONE WAS UNDER VALID WARRANTY..... THEY REFUSED TO REPLACEMENT THE SAME PHONE AND SAID IT CAN'T BE REPAIRED AS PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. THEY ASKED ME TO HAVE REDMI NOTE 10 PRO...... SO I FINALLY AGREED AFTER HAVING HESITATION..... FOR UR CONCERN MY PHONE WAS A (8/128) GB VARIENT SO I ASKED FOR THAT VERSION OF THE REPLACEMENT THEN THEY AGAIN REFUSED AND SAID WE CAN ONLY PROVIDE THE 6GB ONE...... I STILL AGREED........ FINALLY WHEN THE DEVICE CAME TO STORE I GOT THERE TO FETCH IT..... THEN AGAIN THE SCAM BEGINS..... I WAS THERE WITH MY ALL NECESSARY BOX AND CHARGER AND ACCESSORIES OF MY PREVIOUS PHONE...... WHEN I GET THERE THEY HANDED ME THE PHONE WITH THE SEAL BOX OPEN..... I THEN ASKED FOR THE NEW PHONE BOX I CHECKED IT THE NEW CHARGER WAS GONE..... I IMMEDIATELY ASKED FOR THE NEW CHARGER GIVING THE OLD FULL........ BUT THEY SAID U DON'T HAVE TO GIVE THE CHARGER U CAN HAVE THAT... AND CHANGED TOPIC VERY CLEVERLY...THE CHARGES WAS 64 watt super soc ...WHETHER MY OLD ONE WAS LESS THAN THAT 33 WATT... THIS WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...... I WOULD NEVER BUY A MI DEVICE AGAIN IN MY LIFE... AFTER THIS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience was good. But one of their staff's behavior was very rude and bad. And the staff (girl) who handle my problem, was quite polite and helpful. I found one missing thing there is that, they have to put token system there. As there people come to fix there mobile related or anything else probably, they have to seat and then other person come and direct go to the counter for their problem. There is no number system, if you come first or last doesn't matter, but if they have token system then all these problems will not happening and people can go to the counter by their turns. This will systematically work. I hope they will soon put token system there.
