They are not bothered about customers. All they do is talk with each other and make fun..
I purchased an earphones and the receptionist created receipt in 30 mins.. despite my multiple interruption she kept on behaving like same... Not satisfied with the management

Costs for every tiny repair is so high, you might wanna buy a new phone instead. ?
Staff at counter is polite, and place is nice to sit and wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is officiall MI service centre. You can easily get your MI devices repaired. Staff is also generous and understanding. MI accessories like chargers, charging cables and earphones are also available their but their prices are higher as compared to online prices. Be sure to carry your original bill if your warranty is not over and take a backup of your data as they will rest your device if you leave it their for repairing
