★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic services, everything which has broken or something has happened every service person in that centre was telling it's not repairable sorry.
Littlllary she told to 2 of customers who were there before me including me. I mean what kind of service is this. Buy samsung instead I've seen there service too.
But *MI* service center is out of world and never going to take that product as for after sales services they are actually raising their hands like boss we are not here for services we are here only for sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's close to Vasai Railway station (West), the staff is good and helpful. The only major problem is parking, so better not take your 2wheeler or 4wheeler there since parking anywhere on the road is quite risky. The service center is moderately crowded most of the time so make sure you have ample time in hand when visiting. The service center shuts down at 7pm, and sometimes they stop taking complaints after 6-6:15 pm and ask you to come the following day, so keep that in mind. Also if possible, make sure you backup your data and log out of your emails, social accounts & Mi account before handing the phone for service, this is for your own safety.
Also make sure that you take out the Sim and microsd card (if present) before handing out your phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Response time is very big. Sometimes it takes more than a week to know exact status of the mobile u give here for repairing. A quick service is badly needed.

I feel Vasai has only this outlet which has quick and best service.
I had minor problem in my MI phone, they addressed it quickly and solved it within minutes. As problem was minor they didn't even charge me a single rupee.
It was beyond expectations.
Very difficult to find it. It is located inside North Lanes mall, on the first floor. Though they have put many boards outside, you need to ask if you are not from the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is really very good, but because of the decrease in calls the staff has been limited ad only single lady handles the customer service and i guess there is just one engineer to handle repairs. Overall still it was quite satisfying as I saw that the representative was so much dedicated as she hadn't even had her lunch until 4.15pm. I had been here earlier too and both the time I was very satisfied with their service
