★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average services. Staffs are busy in themselves. They concern less on customers. Technically repairings are good but it have time consuming and lazy services. It also offers repair services for Nokia and Lenovo devices, may be too much load affects on quality of services. Rest are good. Overall average. Personnel should be more concerned with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ...very disappointed... poor very worst. not recommend to go.....they dismantled my device (which was under warranty) and then asked for charge saying the device has already been dismantled. This made me realize how worst the experience is with realme device and its support. I have escalated the issue further .#rudebehaviour #unrelevent #worstservice #notrecommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not provide you details properly whether they are replacing or repairing. Once you visit you will get to know withing 1 hour looking the que of unsatisfied and frustrated customers. My experience was also not good. They behave like Headmaster and it's not a transparent, honest and professional service center. #shameMi for having such services.
